Green Alkalizing Noodle Salad
Ingredients
1. Millet noodles 3.53 oz
2. Fresh spinach 3.53 oz
3. Zucchini 3.53 oz
4. Broccoli 3.53 oz
5. Garlic 1 clove
6. Vegetable stock 0.25 cup
7. Fresh lemon juice 2 tbsp
8. Chopped fresh basil 0.5 cup
9. Sea salt 1 pinch
10. Pepper 1 pinch
Method
1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain the noodles and rinse them off with cold running water. Put aside and let cool off.
2. Chop the broccoli and cut the zucchini into thin slices and steam both very slightly so they remain crunchy and the color pops.
3. Wash and cut the spinach, get rid of the stems. Chop the basil.
4. For the dressing, pour the lemon juice and the vegetable stock in a mixer, add chopped garlic and mix for a few seconds.
5. Put the noodles, broccoli, zucchini, chopped spinach, and basil in a bowl. Pour over the dressing, mix well and finally season with salt and pepper.
6. Enjoy this alkaline noodle salad with lots of greens
