Everyone loves this soft and delicious pineapple Bread, topped with crushed pineapple and filled with a soft pineapple glaze! Sprinkled with chopped pineapple and glazed with pineapple, you and your family will not be able to get enough of this delicious, tasty bread.

Ingredients 

1. Egg                               2.0 pc

2. Melted butter              0.5 cup

3. White sugar   -                 1.0 cup

4. Crushed pineapple with juice 1.0 cup

5. Vanilla extract             1.0 tsp

6. All-purpose flour     2.5 cup

7. Baking powder            3.0 tsp

8. Baking soda            0.5 tsp

9. Salt   -                        0.75 tsp

10. Chopped walnuts    0.5 cup


 Method 

1. Preheat oven to 350°F .

2. Grease one 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Beat eggs slightly. Add butter and sugar. Beat smooth. Stir in pineapple and vanilla.

3. In separate bowl put flour, baking powder, soda, salt, and walnuts.

4. Stir well and pour into pineapple mixture.

5. Stir to moisten. Pour into greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.

6. Bake in 350°F (175 degree C) oven for 1 hour.

7. Test with toothpick. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool and wrap!
