Chinese Rice recipe

Ingredients

1 finely chopped onion 0.75 cup

 2 Oil 2.5 tbsp 

3 Egg lightly beaten 1.0 Pc

 4 Soy sauce 3.0 drop 

5 Sesame oil 3.0 drop 

6 Chicken chopped 8.0 oz 

7 Finely chopped carrot 0.5 cup 

8 Frozen peas thawed 0.5 cup 

9 Cold cooked rice grains separated 4.0 cup 

10 Green onions chopped 4.0 cup 

11 Beans sprouts 2.0 cup 

12 Light soy sauce 2.0 tbsp  

Directions

1. Heat oil in wok add chopped onions and stir-fry until onions turn a nice brown color, about 8-10 minutes, remove from wok . 2. Allow wok too cool slighty . 3. Mix egg with soy and sesame oil, set aside . 4. Add oil to wok, swiriling to coat surfaces, add egg mixture, working quickly, swirl egg until egg sets againts wok, when egg puffs, flip egg and cook other side briefly, remove from wok, and chop into small pieces . 5. Heat oil in wok add selected meat to wok, along with carrots, peas, and cooked onions, stir-fry for 2 minutes . 6. Add rice, green onions, and bean sprouts, tossing to mix well, stir-fry for 3 minutes. 7. Add light soy sauce and chopped egg to rice mixture and fold in,stir-fry for 1 mintues more. 8 Set out additional soy sauce on the table !
